• Etsy Conversations: If you grant access via OAuth, we access your buyer-seller conversations solely to generate reply suggestions.
• Order Data: We may access your order information to help you craft contextually accurate replies (e.g., confirming delivery or purchase details).
• AI Interaction History: We log the questions and responses exchanged between you and the assistant to improve context and support conversation continuity.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To generate suggested replies using AI.
• To guide you through step-by-step message drafting.
• To improve your efficiency while maintaining full message control.

3. Data Ownership & Control

• You retain full ownership of your messages and data.
• No messages are sent to buyers without your explicit approval.
• You can disconnect your Etsy account at any time. Upon disconnection, all stored message data is permanently deleted.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or rent your data to third parties. Data is only used within the app to assist you, and only with your permission via Etsy’s OAuth system.

5. Data Security

• All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS.
• Stored data is secured with access controls and encryption standards that meet or exceed industry norms.

By connecting your Etsy account and using Palio, you consent to the terms of this privacy policy.
